Your Role

Connector and growth accelerator
At Stryda, we’re on a mission to move engineers forward – and we’re looking for an International Recruiter who’s ready to make an impact. You’ll be responsible for attracting and engaging international engineering professionals, guiding them through every step of the hiring journey, and ensuring a world-class candidate experience.
  • You’ll work closely with our business managers to build high-performing teams for leading companies in the Dutch industry.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing and interviewing to placement and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top international talent.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on skills, potential, and cultural fit.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and shape recruitment strategies.
  • Use tools like LinkedIn, job boards, and sourcing platforms to build strong pipelines.
  • Deliver a smooth and positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, talent movements, and best practices.
 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive and hands-on approach – you know how to get things done.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and ATS systems.
  • A collaborative mindset – you thrive in a team environment.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Other languages, such as Afrikaans or Portuguese, are a plus.
