Your Role

Connector and growth accelerator

We are seeking a skilled Mechatronics Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design and development of cutting-edge mechatronic systems. You will be responsible for:

  • Defining, designing, and delivering complex system functions.
  • Ensuring optimal manufacturability.
  • Cost-efficiency, reliability, and technical performance.
  • You will play a key role in overseeing mechatronic assemblies and integrated systems, from concept to testing, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • As an essential part of the project, you will assess design choices, make critical trade-offs, and take ownership of your modules throughout the process.
  • Design and develop advanced mechatronic systems and components.
  • Conduct simulations and perform testing to validate system functionality.
  • Work closely with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges throughout the development process.
  • Contribute to project planning and management efforts.


Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Robotics, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to conceptualise system functions and interfaces.
  • Proficiency in C++, Matlab, Simulink, AutoSAR, or Python.
  • Experience with PLCs, robotics, HMI, vision, and laser marking systems is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, flexible, and eager to take on technical challenges.
  • A team player who thrives in collaboration with colleagues, customers, and industry partners.
  • Ability to work efficiently under time constraints, manage budgets, and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Analytical, pragmatic, creative, and proactive approach.
