Your Role

Stryda is looking for a Business Manager with vision - someone who can recognise opportunities, build strong relationships, and help talent thrive. As a Business Manager, you’ll help shape Stryda’s growth. You’ll build lasting client partnerships and connect engineering talent with exciting projects across industries such as High-Tech, Energy, and MedTech. You’ll be both a coach and a strategist – knowing exactly how to empower professionals and clients alike.   Your responsibilities include:
  • Developing new business and identifying market opportunities.
  • Recruiting, selecting, and guiding international engineering talent.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Actively networking across various industries.
  • Advising clients on technical challenges and creating the perfect talent match.
  • Negotiating contracts, rates, and terms.
  • Coaching team members in their professional development.
 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree-level thinking, preferably in a technical or commercial field.
  • Experience in recruitment, talent solutions, or sales.
  • Affinity with technology, engineering, or R&D.
  • Excellent communication skills – in both Dutch and English.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, proactivity, and the ability to connect people and results.
