In this position, you will be instrumental in evaluating business scenarios and technical strategies from a flow and thermal (F&T) perspective within a diverse team environment. You will assist organizations in the high-tech sector in creating cutting-edge technologies, both domestically and globally. By collaborating with a range of specialists across various disciplines, you will contribute to the development of innovative solutions, including advanced machinery, compact analytical instruments, and automated analysis systems.

Your responsibilities

• Work in close coordination with system architects, project leadership, and engineering teams to deliver high-performing solutions, balancing technical excellence with cost efficiency, risk control, and practical feasibility across both internal and customer environments worldwide.
• Convert customer expectations into clear technical definitions, shaping flow & thermal system concepts, outlining budgets, and developing high-level designs for systems and subsystems, including structured validation and integration activities aligned with a V-model approach.
• Establish and apply simulation, modeling, and analytical methods, using outcomes to evaluate system behavior and support informed engineering decisions.
• Safeguard compliance of delivered hardware with applicable regulations, safety requirements, and quality standards throughout development and realization.
• Take an active role in stakeholder coordination, providing technical direction, setting the right example, and encouraging accountability and ownership within the team.
• Build and sustain strong professional networks inside and outside the organization, strengthening collaboration and supporting long-term growth.
