Your Role
In this role, you'll support clients in the technology sector in developing innovative equipment, both onsite and internationally. Collaborating with industry experts, you'll contribute to the implementation of advanced solutions, including precision manufacturing tools, analytical instruments, and automated systems for various applications.
- Collaborate with clients, fellow architects, the project manager, account manager, and the broader project team to ensure alignment and constructive collaboration.
- Translating customer needs into specifications, defining the mechanical architecture, budgets, and conceptual designs of (sub)systems.
- Specifying test and integration requirements to complete the V-model development cycle and ensure product design quality.
- Building and maintaining internal and external networks to support the growth and success of the organization.
- Stimulating innovation by introducing innovative technologies and solutions, applying theoretical principles in practical project contexts.
- Lead by example, motivating designers and engineers to take ownership of their deliverables.
- Managing broader, more complex work packages, including stakeholder management, technical leadership, and managing larger multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Relevant minimum MSc degree is essential.
- Solid 10-15 year experience within high-tech solutions sector.
- Possible international exposure would be an added advantage.
- Good command of the English language.
- Structured, accurate, and proactive approach with strong communication skills.
