Engineer
Stryda is looking for a Mechanical Project Engineer to join their team — someone who is passionate, driven, and ready to make an impact.
Stryda moves bold talent forward –
and that includes the team behind it all.
We’re building something different:
a human-first company that connects ambitious engineers to purpose driven careers that matter.
Stryda hires the brightest international engineers to shape the future of engineering. Through our network of forward-thinking companies across industries, we connect driven professionals with opportunities that truly matter.
We focus on the person behind the expertise, shaping career paths that reflect each individual’s strengths and future ambitions. Every journey is personal: built on trust, guided by insight, and designed for long-term growth.
Your Role
Do you want to play a key role in designing and delivering advanced automated systems for international logistics and production environments? This role offers the opportunity to work with enthusiastic engineering teams and tackle daily technical challenges related to capacity, product diversity, safety, and system performance.
We are looking for a Mechanical Project Engineer who enjoys translating conceptual system designs into practical, buildable engineering solutions.
Your responsibilities
As a Mechanical Project Engineer, you will be part of an engineering team responsible for delivering complete automated systems. You collaborate with specialists in mechanical design, electrical engineering, and controls to ensure all components work together seamlessly.
Your work includes developing detailed mechanical layouts based on initial concepts, validating that the design meets all functional and safety requirements, and supporting installation and commissioning activities. You ensure that technical solutions align with project timelines, budgets, and customer expectations.
Throughout the project, you will act as a point of contact for engineering challenges, solving issues that arise in the design or installation phase and contributing to continuous improvement of tools, processes, and products.
Your main activities
- Prepare the Bill of Materials and ensure accurate technical specifications for procurement.
- Develop complete 3D mechanical designs—from concept to formal customer approval.
- Troubleshoot engineering and installation issues and propose effective solutions.
- Support on-site installation and commissioning teams with your technical expertise (remote or on location).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering or a similar technical field.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical and practical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities and strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- Enjoys collaborating with multidisciplinary and international teams, and open to sharing knowledge.
- Willing to travel internationally (approx. 10%).
